Lamberto Collari and The Kyosho Evolva M3 Evo are World Champions..AGAIN!

The 2009 IFMAR 1/8 Scale On-Road World Championships were held in August 17-23 in Lostallo, Switzerland.

Kyosho Team Driver Lamberto Collari was in attendance to try and bring home his 9th 1/8 Scale IFMAR On-Road World Championship. Throughout practice Collari looked very fast and laid down some impressive lap times. After qualifying was complete, Callari would find himself starting from the 2nd grid position for the 1-Hour A-Main event.

As the tone went off for the A-Main event, Collari was very careful and made sure he got off to a good clean start. He then began to apply pressure on the leader throught the opening laps. Callari eventually mad the pass for the lead and never looked back. By the time the checkered flag waved, it was Collari crossing the line 1st by 2 laps over 2nd place.

Congrats also goes out to former World Champion, Kyosho/Team Orion Driver Adrien Bertin for finishing 3rd overall.
