The Nissan Skyline GT R R34 V Spec II White is now available as a 1/43 scale diecast model.
The V Spec II, introduced in August 2000, is an evolved model that further refines the driving performance of the R34 GT R. Its most notable feature is the adoption of a carbon hood with a NACA duct, which reduces weight in the front section while improving cooling performance. While retaining the basic mechanical package of the V Spec, the suspension damping characteristics were revised to achieve sharper handling.
In the interior, aluminum pedals were introduced and the seat materials were updated, further enhancing the car’s sporty character. The model code is BNR34. Its dimensions are 4600 mm in length, 1785 mm in width, and 1360 mm in height, with a vehicle weight of 1560 kg.
It is powered by the RB26DETT engine, producing a maximum output of 280 ps at 6800 rpm and a maximum torque of 392 Nm at 4400 rpm. While maintaining its officially rated output, the V Spec II represents a comprehensive refinement of cooling, rigidity, and control systems, making it a grade that symbolizes the high level of completion of the later R34 models.
